Cancellation Policy
We acknowledge that unforeseen events can occasionally occur in anyone's life. With our commitment to being efficient to all clients, we uphold the following policy. A 24-hour advance notice is required for appointment cancellations to accommodate others seeking appointments. Failure to provide such notice will result in a full appointment charge. Additionally, this policy allows instructors to adjust their schedules accordingly for travel and time management purposes.
No-Shows
Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, regardless of the reason, will be considered a "no-show" and will incur charges for the missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. Your instructor will assess the remaining time upon your arrival to determine if a lesson can commence. Regardless of the remaining session time, you are responsible for the full session. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time out of respect for your instructor and other guests.
PURCHASE PACKAGE

Expiration Date
Monthly class packages expire one month after the activation date, which begins on the day of your first class. Punch card packages expire three months from the date of your first class. For any questions or concerns regarding package purchases, please email us at info@salsasalsadancestudio.com.

Non-Transferrable Packages
A monthly package already in use cannot be transferred to another person.

Transferrable Packages
If someone purchases multiple packages, you can transfer one of them to another person's account as long as it remains unused.

Changing Packages
If you'd like to switch your monthly package to a different one that we offer, you can do so in person with our receptionist at the studio.
CLASS REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATIONS

Registering for a Class
The best way to register for a class is to create a Mindbody account, then log and select all the classes you wish to attend in advance. Registering ahead ensures you a spot and streamlines your check-in process at the studio.

Cancelling a Class
You may cancel your registration before the start time by logging into your Mindbody account. Your class registration will be automatically returned to your account and will remain available based on the package you purchased.
